According to me Karate is a means to achieve peace with one’s self. It is a tool to protect the weak and in the wrong hands,  It is a way to defend oneself. Overall, I consider Karate a way of my life. My sensei is a man who has achieved the level of peace that I can currently only dream of. One day I wish to be like my sensei, at peace with everything.
